How much weight did Ronnie Coleman lift?

Ronnie Coleman is a retired professional bodybuilder and powerlifter who is widely regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. He won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition a record eight times in a row from 1998 to 2005.

During his powerlifting career, Ronnie Coleman set several world records. He was known for his incredible strength, especially in the squat and deadlift exercises. In 2000, he set the world record for the heaviest squat with a lift of 1008 pounds (457 kg). He also set the world record for the heaviest deadlift with a lift of 800 pounds (363 kg) in 2004.

It's worth noting that Ronnie Coleman's focus was on powerlifting during the earlier part of his career, before he became a professional bodybuilder. However, even during his bodybuilding career, he continued to prioritize heavy lifting and strength training in his workouts.
